Energy Readings

During a reading I tap into your energy and can feel where the blockages are and translate it for you so that you can understand them better. It’s about discovering what patterns or habits you’re doing today that are blocking you, and learning how to bypass that to move forward.

Reiki Practitioner Course ~ Level 1

Level one Reiki is all about THE SELF. It's aligning you with your higher self, your inner knowing, your soul’s purpose. It’s about taking back your power to put your healing and your journey in YOUR hands. It is all about EMPOWERING YOU!

In level one, we look at healing the self in a way that feels easy and aligns to you. It doesn’t require you to sit like Buddha, off in a quiet room, trying to connect only to feel like you can’t do it or you’ve failed.

What I find is that a lot of people struggle with meditation. They have a hard time especially right now with the calm, with the quiet, with filtering out the noise and really getting into a place that they feel can align them. A lot of people say, I can't quiet the voice in my head. I can't can't find the time or I can't really connect.

So how do we solve this? With Reiki!

Reiki can be done anywhere, at any time, for any length of time. If you have a quick couple of minutes in the morning or as you're falling asleep at night, while you are cooking dinner or stopped at a red light, Reiki is possible.

Reiki allows you to shift and calm the energy so you can connect back to your inner knowing, your higher self and allows you to get in a space where your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions are all coming from a place of alignment to who you are and who you want to be.

Imagine creating decisions that are working for you, not decisions made out of fear or procrastination or judgment from others, but rather decisions that are truly best for you!!!
